Taoist Tai Chi

Instruction and Practice with us!

See the calming, mellow and rhythmic movements that attract many to join us.

Learn about the many Health Benefits achieved in the practice of Tai Chi.

Reduce stress, increase strength, flexibility, and feel better.

Balance: Tai Chi movements are steady and slow, shifting from one side to the other with coordinating upper body movements. These movements help the core regain balance and reduces the risk of falling.

We invite you to come observe, practice and have fun!

Organizer

Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism

I am a member of the Tai Chi organization in Brampton. I have practiced for one year and am very pleased with the health benefits and social benefits of this practice.

As a member of the organization, one can attend and practice sessions all over the world, since Tai Chi is practiced world wide.

I believe the vision is to help people to live healthier and more enjoyable lives especially as we age.

I attend Intensives and classes, in Haliburton, Orangeville and Brampton to improve and enjoy my practice to the fullest.
