About

Join local Métis Artist Leah Dorion and her apprentice, Danielle Castle in this FREE painting workshop on October 3, 2020. In this event participants will get to create paintings inspired by Métis culture and values on Buffalo cut outs. These buffalo paintings will then be used in future temporary outdoor installations.

Covid-19 Safety Guidelines

The Culture Days events and are following all provincial guidelines set out by the Government of Saskatchewan in the Reopen Saskatchewan plan.

While partaking in Culture Days Events, please adhere to the following:

• Stay home if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19

• Use hand sanitizer upon arrival to the event/facility

• Wash hands often and for at least 20 seconds

• Avoid touching your face

• Avoid touching shared/communal surfaces

• Maintain a 2m distance from others (except those in your household). Follow all social distancing stickers and signage.

• Use a tissue or your elbow when coughing or sneezing.

• Masks are required. Please bring your own.

Please ensure you have read and understand the Covid-19 guidelines and will follow them to the best of your ability. The Culture Days event organizers have the right to ask patrons not in compliance with the guidelines to leave. Please acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to Covid-19 any public place where people are present.

Activity will take place in the Education Studio.
