About

Words are powerful. They can be used to inspire, to bring joy, but most importantly as a tool for self expression and healing. In this workshop, Nicole Singbeil will guide participants in using poetry as a tool for self-reflection and connection, supporting the expression of thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Each participant will leave with a piece of inspirational writing, a unique experience, as well as personal tools to help them express and heal through poetry.

Our facilitator will be in touch the week prior to the program start date to see if you have any support needs or if prior experience should be considered in the lesson. Please cancel if you cannot attend to allow for others on the waitlist the opportunity to join.
