About
Painter and sculptor Eliska Smiley invites visitors to an artist "Tea and Talk" where she will discuss the main themes of her oil paintings and glass/bronze sculptures in the current exhibition "My Quiet Furor". Visitors will enjoy tea/coffee and casual conversation with the artist posing questions about her inspiration and creative processes behind the creation of these works. Learn about the bronze casting process, glass blowing and discuss the socially relevant and poignant themes in Eliska's most recent sculptures and paintings. www.eliskasmiley.art

The Cline House Gallery and Studio is a municipally supported public art gallery in Cornwall, Ontario. Our mandate is to support creative community connections through shared experiences with the visual arts.
The opulent architecture of Cornwall’s historic Cline House provides the ideal backdrop for rotating exhibitions of visual art featuring the work of both local and visiting artists. Admission is free.
The gallery also offers rental space to host meetings, intimate cultural events and private gatherings.
The Cline House is currently operating as a pilot project to promote and support visual arts in the community. This new initiative is funded through the generosity and support of an anonymous donation and in partnership with the City of Cornwall.
