The 2025 Borshch Cook-off, hosted by the Doukhobor Discovery Centre, is scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2025. The event will be open to the public from 12pm - 2pm. The Cook-off will feature borshch recipes from 12 different regional cooks.
Come on down to the Doukhobor Discovery Centre on September 27 at 12pm to celebrate an afternoon filled with borshch!
