About
The Brock Trail is a multi-use paved trail built with accessibility in mind, that stretches throughout the city for walkers and cyclists. Beginning at Centeen Park, The Brock Trail runs along the waterfront, through Blockhouse Island, Hardy Park, past the Rotary Park, and then up through the green space surrounding Buell's Creek to the north traversing the city's picturesque landscape. On the way, the Brock Trail intersects with many city parks that have play structures, so the trail is also a great way to spend a day with the family. Wear comfortable shoes, pack a lunch or picnic and water. Add a camera, your cell phone, a nature guide or birder's manual for maximum enjoyment. If you have an artistic flair you might consider pencils and a sketch pad. If so inclined pack an easel and your choice of paints, find a scenic spot and settle in for an enjoyable day painting.
