About
The Brockville 50+ Activity Centre is a group in our area that endeavours to enhance the lives of Brockville and area residents 50 years old and over, by providing, in a friendly and welcoming environment, affordable programs and activities that will keep them mentally and physically active. We have many volunteers that help run our organization as well as lead our groups. There are a wealth of activities that we have such as exercise classes, languages, arts and crafts, special interest and general interest presentations.
A single low registration fee allows an individual to register for up to 3 of the courses (usually 20 plus activities to choose from) on offer during the semester in question of which we have two, September to December and then January to May.
So come down and meet some of our volunteers to find out more about our group and see a sample of the items some of our group members have accomplished, we may even have another Tai Chi demonstration as well.
