Michael Afenfia & Kerry Ryan: Leave My Bones in Saskatoon, a novel set on two continents, and Diagnosing Minor Illness in Children, a poetry book of frank familial reflections, find common ground with characters pronouncing their whatever-it-takes compassion for their children.
Afternoon Book Chats are part of the THIN AIR Winnipeg International Writers Festival. Drop in for an hour of fascinating conversation with pairs of writers from this year's festival line-up, September 26 - October 12. Join us in the Carol Shields Auditorium, 2nd floor.
