9:30 to 10:30 am - Gentle Yoga Flow & Guided Earth Meditation with Live Bamboo Flute Music with Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network.
FAMILY LOBBY STAGE:
10:30 to 4 pm - We have invited our community partners to perform on the Family Lobby Stage. In addition, each organization will have a table in the lobby to share more.
10:30 am - Welcome by BPAC staff, community singalong, game

Burlington Performing Arts Centre
The Burlington Performing Arts Centre (BPAC) is a charitable, not-for-profit organization. It is a vibrant, Gold LEED Certified venue, a presenter, a cultural developer, an educator and a community hub. The facility features a 720-seat Main Stage; a 154-seat Community Studio Theatre; a bright and spacious Family Lobby and an outdoor Plaza. BPAC presents a diverse season of professional entertainment, featuring over 70 performances each year in every genre, as well as educational programming, festivals, workshops and community engagement events. BPAC is also a rental facility, working with local community groups, promoters, dance competitions, corporate events and more.
