Healthfitters’ is hosting its annual edition of “Traditional Medicinals” which will feature a Heritage Bone Broth Making Demonstration! This event is absolutely FREE to attend and will take place in the Healthfitters kitchen on Saturday, September 28th at 1:00p.m. It will be approximately 30 minutes in length with Q & A to follow. Julia will be discussing the health benefits of bone broth as she shows you how to make it using her family’s time-honoured traditional recipe. She will also share tips on how to incorporate this ancestral food into your daily life with greater ease. Plus, enjoy a taste from a completed batch and go home with the family recipe!
