Join us at the Archives for extended opening hours in celebration of Women's History Month! Get close up look at photographs and archival documents that highlight significant women in North Vancouver history.
Reference services available from 12:30pm to 7:00pm at night with staff on hand to support your research on Thursday, Oct 3 and Friday, Oct 4.
On Thursday, Oct 3, stay for a film, talk, and exhibit featuring Valerie Jerome (Connection Speaker Series: More than a Game with Valerie Jerome at 6:30 PM. Tickets on Eventbrite (see link).

MONOVA: Archives of North Vancouver
MONOVA, Museum and Archives of North Vancouver, is a dynamic, cultural institution dedicated to preserving and sharing the history and culture of North Vancouver. MONOVA is based across two main facilities; the Museum of North Vancouver located in the Shipyards District and the Archives of North Vancouver in Lynn Valley.
The Museum of North Vancouver offers a variety of engaging exhibits that celebrate the rich history, Indigenous heritage, and natural beauty of North Vancouver. It features permanent and temporary exhibits, interactive displays, and educational programs and events for all ages and abilities. The Archives in Lynn Valley provides access to historical records, photographs, maps, and other materials. It serves as a resource for researchers and the public to explore the rich history of the area. MONOVA also supports several online and offsite experiences, allowing people to engage with North Vancouver’s stories from across the globe.
