This is a school event where the grade 6-8 get to try and carve their very own soapstone! Grab a file and carve whatever you like, perhaps a family pet, or some abstract art, this is the time to get creative.

Our main aspect is to bring the community together through culture and creative outlooks. One of the main focuses is recognising artists throughout the North and bringing their art to local store fronts. There are many groups that branch from the arts council that have been able to become independent that host event such as concerts or even markets.
