About

Join us for a special active storytime with children's author Kate Jenks Landry. Our special guest author will be reading their launched book Beatrice and Barb. We will have special activities with Gold Leaf Botanicals, songs and crafts to accompany our storytime!

Early Learning Programs for young children at WPL are based on literacy research and include tips and information for parents and caregivers. Your active participation in these programs will maximize the experience for you and your child.

Kate Jenks Landry wrote her first story when she was five years old, and she’s been crafting fictional worlds ever since. A graduate of the creative writing program at the University of Toronto and the B Ed program at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, she works as an educator and writer of stories for young readers.

Presented in partnership with Words Worth Books.
