About

April Doepker's project honours the missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and Two-Spirited (MMIWG2S+) and shows support for their families, friends and communities.

Participants will have the opportunity to view the installation piece and take part in the installation by creating their own version of a miniature red dress using the materials provided by the artist. This workshop will take place at SCYAP from 6:00 PM-9:30 PM on October 4th which is the MMIWG2S+ Day of Action.

This installation will take place at the Alt Hotel the night of Nuit Blanche Saskatoon from 7pm-midnight.
