About
Where interesting people become books and are "borrowed" for conversation. "Check out" Brian B Humphreys - Flin Flon resident and author of the book "No Smoke Without Fire: A Recipe for Distaster"
Brian Humphreys has over 49 years of experience in steelmaking and mining as a tradesperson and safety professional. In 2019 Brian wrote, “No Smoke without Fire: A Recipe for Disaster,” a book about the Flin Flon mine disaster of 2000.
Due to COViD this year's format will be a bit different. Please contact the Flin Flon Public Library to register your spot.
This event will also be livestreamed on the Flin Flon Arts Council's facebook page @flinflonartscouncil
COVID PROTOCOL
Due to COVID-19, social distancing will be in place along with mandatory face coverings.
Temperatures (at the wrist) and contact information (for contact tracing) will be taken at the door prior to entry into the Library. Seating is limited due to space constraints (family members can sit together).
