Directions: 4 km from the lights in South River, follow Ottawa Avenue through town stay on that road it turns into chemical road. Cross over the bridge at the South River and 2 km from there you will see #329 on the right and a sign that says Stonemote Commons.

Inspired and guided by the seasonal changes of our inner and outer landscapes ,we gather together to nourish and sooth our senses, supporting our natural capacity for connection and wellbeing.
This gathering offers the time and space in nature to slow down and tune into ,reflect and observe the natural changes occurring around and within ourselves, through the practices of forest bathing and moving meditation.
This is an outdoor gathering numbers are small to adhere to covid protocols and to create a feeling of community connection
