About
Quesnel Art Walk has now expanded to the Quesnel Art Trail. The Quesnel Arts Council is proud to present local Art in local businesses in partnership to showcase our fantastic artists. Local businesses offered to become “the gallery’ for the artists. Take a walk downtown and visit the many “Art Galleries” only open from Sept 26 to Oct 15/22. Everyone going to the mini–Art Shows have a chance to enter to win a free draw basket loaded with prizes donated by our local businesses and organizations. Solve the word search to win.

QDCAC is 100% volunteer with a 4-member Executive, and 3 Directors. MISSION: The mission of QDCAC is to initiate, promote, develop excellence in the arts, engage the community in the arts, develop understanding and support for the arts, culture and heritage in the community. This responsibility is fulfilled through education, communication, coordination and programming of activities and events for the enrichment and engagement of the community. Core Values: It is QDCAC’s role to promote and grow the arts, to encourage community engagement in and exposure to various art forms and to demonstrate and show appreciation for artistic endeavors, to develop excellence, to be inclusive, to foster the growth of arts in children and youth. Through the grants, partnerships, various events and programming QDCAC endeavors to meet their core values.
