About

Our classes are suited for participants of all levels, all you have to do is come ready to practice, work hard and have lots of fun learning this amazing Art Form.

In every class, you can expect a warm-up followed by exercises tailored to your age and level in order for you to learn and progress as a Capoeirista.

Until such time as you get your uniform, comprised by an Abada (pants) and a groups T-shirt, please bring comfortable clothing for physical exercise, pants are preferred to shorts, and we practice barefoot.
