About
Join us for the opening reception of our fall art exhibitions in Leigh Square on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Celebrate the opening of four inspiring exhibitions, meet the featured artists, and gain insight into their creative practices. Experience Marika Morissette's Vibrant Journeys, an exploration of movement and transformation through fluid abstract paintings; Shivani Singhal's Inside Out – A Journey Through Culture, Nature & Self, a vibrant reflection on identity, culture, and human connection; Lynda Walker's Out & About in PoCo, celebrating the beauty of Port Coquitlam through expressive local landscapes; and Yoshi's Douglas Island, Pitt River and Boats, capturing the character and working waterways of our community through evocative oil paintings. Enjoy live music and complimentary refreshments sponsored by Patina Brewing while connecting with fellow art enthusiasts, community members, and visitors during an inspiring evening that celebrates creativity, conversation, and the visual arts.
