About

Joel Stone comes alive for one last blast of the summer with an exciting concert featuring our local bands Lost Channel, Link Traynor and The Russells

Lost Channel is Mike Bishop, Matty Brown and Pete Mitchell. Formed in 2018 and inspired by life in the 1000 Islands, they play, write and arrange musical ideas of their past and the present.

Link Traynor is a four-piece band made up of well-seasoned local musicians with a long list of credits to their names. Norbert Lepage, a bilingual award-winning singer-songwriter, has been playing the local pubs for the past 25 years.  Kevin Head, well-known local singer-songwriter, guitar slinger and vocalist. Half of the fantastic duo Head Over Heels, Kevin brings his passion for the music to every song he plays. Bassist Scott Dwyre, has been a musical force in the Gananoque area for the last 30 years, playing with various local bands. Local drumming legend Sandy Mackenzie, sets the tone and makes sure everyone is tight and on time.

Together, this exceptional group of musicians have come together to form Link Traynor. Playing a mix of original, bilingual songs and a varied list of covers.

The Russells are husband and wife duo Steve and Jayne Russell. They play a wide range of original and covered artists, spanning the gamut from international superstars to lesser known local favourites.
