Let the rhythm move you as our friendly guide, Jeff Allman, teaches us to express ourselves with drums. Studies have shown drumming circles can help you de-stress and are a force for healing. So have fun while you drum your worries away! Drums are provided.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
