Graffiti Gallery @ the Plaza will host several images from the upcoming exhibition "The Best of times are now" a selection of photos from Winnipeg's most formative years of modern graffiti (1994 and earlier). These photos are from a collection archived by an early Winnipeg Graffiti pioneer, mentor and, Advocate.
