The Windjammers, Canada’s Premier Pops Wind Orchestra, will present a varied program of Pops and Favorites at St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Fergus. This 40 piece orchestra is world-class professional orchestra of this size and quality has never before been heard in Centre Wellington.

The concert will raise funds for specialized surgical equipment that will make it possible for corrective hand surgery to be done at Groves Memorial Hospital.

Formed in 1993 to play “pops” music at a professional level, this 40+ piece group is one of the most versatile wind ensembles in the country, and was dubbed “the finest” at the 1997 Guelph Spring Festival.
