About
Join us September 24, 5-7pm for a free sticker making workshop, led by local artist Marc Kuegle. Whether it's the first, or hundred and first sticker you've made, Marc will help guide and mentor through the steps of creating and refining your very own stickers, in this free workshop.
Marc Kuegle is a self-taught Cree and German artist who blends photography, digital collage, and mixed media to explore memory, place, and imagination. Inspired by travel, skateboarding, and diverse cultures, his work has been showcased in cities such as Mexico City, Miami, and New York, and has held two solo shows in Bangkok. Beyond the gallery, Marc is heavily involved in the sticker community and hosts pop-ups and events a few times a year, where he also showcases other artists and musicians. He expands his practice through T-shirts, stickers, prints, and collaborative projects, all rooted in his original photos and designs.
An additional sticker-making workshop will be held September 27, 7:30-9pm at Graffiti Gallery, at the screening of Sticker Movie. More info can be found at https://www.graffitigallery.ca/
