Hosted by The Art District Gallery:

Inspire Me, Creative Art Tour gives visitors an opportunity to learn about art in a relaxed and informative manner. A professional artist will guide visitors on a tour of exhibited artworks in the gallery and discuss the artists' background, techniques or inspiration in their artwork. Participants will be invited to sketch one of their favourite pieces. Demistify art and understand the motivations beneath the artwork.

Inspire Me, Hands-On Canvas invites the public to experience the painting process by helping to paint a large outdoor canvas. Visitors can experience an artist's interactive musical hand-made instruments display.

Viewing and creating artwork strengthens our personal understanding of the world around us.

Organizer

The Art District Gallery Artists

The Art District Gallery is an artist run, not-for-profit co-operative dedicated to supporting local professional and emerging community artists by providing a welcoming gallery space that engages the surrounding community.

We strive to inspire and delight our guests with original, vibrant contemporary art. We strengthen the community and enhance the quality of life through gallery receptions and new art exhibits every six weeks that are free and welcoming to all. When possible, we collaborate with local musicians to offer a festive atmosphere.

A gallery member is always on staff and would be pleased to engage in conversation about the artists, their artwork, exhibition and new membership opportunities.
