About
Genevieve Gagnon is the Jenni House artist in residence for the month of September. This event is part of the Jenni House Artist Residency Program.
The Loneliness Collective is a new initiative that aims to address social issues and break isolation through socially engaged, community-based art projects. This month, as part of our Jenni House residency, we’ll be hosting a series of community open studios. Open studios are inclusive and non-judgmental creative spaces intended to support connections between people, knowledge sharing, and wellbeing. At the open studios, you’ll be able to:
- Have access to free art materials and supplies, or bring your own project to work on (or just come hang out!)
- Learn about community open studios, the Art Hives network, and social practice art
- Let us know what you’d like to see from The Loneliness Collective in the future
- Connect with us to get involved and stay informed about upcoming projects
OPEN STUDIO DATES & TIMES:
Saturday, September 28: 1pm - 4pm
Sunday, September 29: 11am - 2pm
Jenni House artist in residence program gratefully acknowledge the support of:
