Join Eilleen Yorysh for an hour of movement breath and visualization techniques blended together to create a movement meditation. Experience a harmonious integration of body mind and spirit with these culturally influenced techniques.

Eileen will share gentle breath work with 5 easy to remember postures so you can take this simple practice home. This is an outdoor event.
