The Oakville Public Library is please to present as part of Culture Days, Darcy Patrick, Author & Writing Coach. Darcy will be telling his story of how he won his life back from the darkness of depression. He will also be teaching the first section of his Creative Writing For The Mind, Body & Soul Program. You will learn to write journal entries, thought records, quick though records and create your own affirmations. Darcy will help turn writing into your best friend! All you need for this presentation is a pen, a journal, an open mind and willingness to see the world in new ways!
