About
1. Author Ashley Little: award-winning author of adult and young adult books will be speaking at the public library on Thursday evening at 7pm and at the college library Friday afternoon at 2pm.
2. Kai Hodgeson's artist reception: as part of the Downtown Art Walk a reception will be held in the library's gallery Friday evening, starting at 7pm.
3. Table Tennis Grand Opening Party: as part of the Art Walk a party will be held to celebrate this new piece of functional public art designed by local artist Adam Lefebvre and modeled after Medicine Hat's 110 year old Finlay Bridge. 6-9pm.
4. Pecha Kucha Vo. 23: enjoy talks from passionate people about interesting things from our community with 20 slides x 20 seconds per slide. Cash bar with snacks. Saturday evening at the Esplanade. 8:20pm.
