Join local DJs Mega Krahn and PurpleTeeth for an exciting afternoon of hands on beat making, scratching and mixing! Participants will have a chance to perform at two different professional DJ stations. Learn how to mix and blend beats with ease and style. Next jam out on a drum machine and create a scratch routine. This workshop is for ages 10 - 18. Please RSVP below for these Workshops. Please come around outside to the back of the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre where the Culture Days Info Tent is, audience will be entering the performance area from this location. All recommendations have been made based on information from the Yukon Legislation, Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, and the Centre for Disease Control. As recommended, people should NOT attend this performance if they: Have any flu-like symptoms; or have an underlying health condition. have traveled outside the Yukon, BC, NWT or Nunavut in the last 14 days. Culture Days recommends participants wear a mask if they have one.
