About
Nine restaurant patios in Barrie's downtown currently have temporary art installations displayed on their patio fencing - but not for much longer! The guided tour will provide a final opportunity to appreciate the works, offer unique insight, and an opportunity to talk about art with people! For those with children, scavenger hunt guides will be available.
RSVP is required, please email [email protected] to confirm your participation (include your name and the name of the event you are RSVPing for). The walking tour will start at Meridian Place, Downtown Barrie.
A bit more about the exhibition:
With patio fencing serving as a canvas, Brightening Barriers offers an opportunity to turn the “barrier" of imposed separation into a collective artistic experience. The exhibition features regional artists and original works of art in a variety of media. The exhibition is on display until September 30, 2022.
