About

Mark & Jason work for Stonelock Masonry. They specialize in historic masonry techniques. With 35 and 15 years of experience respectively, their ability to cut and carve rock is a marvel. Both Mark & Jason started their masonry work as summer jobs at the 'bottom rung' keep at it and now have the experience and knowledge to do admired work.

When asked about their inspiration it revolves around taking a structure that is 100+ years old and being able to restore it to last another 100+ years. Mark & Jason's current project is the Gleanna Lea Barn Restoration. The barn is being renewed using the original building techniques and truly is an architectural piece of art. They will be at the barn during the tour to talk about historical masonry and weather permitting will demonstrate.
