The Centre Wellington Black Committee is pleased to present "Awakened Voices 3” scheduled for Friday, September 22, 2023, at the Fergus Grand Theatre featuring internationally acclaimed Dubpoets and Spoken Word Artists presenting historical slave narratives from the legendary Queen's Bush Settlement residents, John and Ida Little; Pierpoint Settlement’s landowner and Loyalist Soldier, Richard Pierpoint, and much more.

Returning performers, Clifton Joseph and Kylde Broox unite with Andrea Thompson and Shelly Grace will lend their powerful voices to the narratives of these hidden figures to unveil and honour them, in spirit and in flesh, for their contribution(s).
