Edenvale Classic Aircraft Foundation + Edenvale Aviation Heritage Foundation
We are a partnership of two museums and one public library who love local history - particularly aviation history. ECAF (Edenvale Classic Aircraft Foundation) is the home our de Havilland Tiger Moth and Fairchild Cornell. We offer live action-adventure flights over Wasaga Beach, the Blue Mountains and the Purple Hills of Clearview. EAHF (Edenvale Aviation Heritage Foundation) houses the replica of RL-203 and relays the story of the technology of the Avro Arrow era. The Clearview Public Library is hosting additional special guests from the local community who will be telling the story of Amelia Earhart at Wasaga Beach (Week #1), the 75th anniversary of the de Havilland Chipmunk (Week #2), remembering the rollout of the Avro Arrow (Week #3) and acknowledging Remembrance Day (Week #4). More information about open hours, club days and special events are available at www.avroarrow203.com, www.edenflight.com and www.classicaircraft.ca.
Look for the Welcome Sign and the Greeter as your gathering point for check-in in the Edenvale Aerodrome parking lot. Circuits to the hangers will take place starting at 11am, Noon, 1pm and 2 pm.
This event is wheelchair accessible, and has gender-neutral washrooms.
