Yoga in the Gallery with Seth Mohan

Join us for free drop-in yoga classes and amidst the backdrop of stunning artwork in the

Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery. Expert instructor Seth Mohan will teach participants the movement, meditation and breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga and Gentle Hatha Yoga, to promote mental and physical well-being.

Participants will receive a 20% Discount Voucher toward a Columbus Centre Athletic Club Membership.
