Colour Explosion!
Join Mary Hay the founder and director of artmania at the Silk Purse art studio for a fun drop in painting and printmaking workshop.
Each artist will be provided with their own printmaking plate, high quality paints and paper. Mary will instruct all ages how to mix colours and form various designs to create their own paintings!
Drop in and have a tour of our studio too!

Artmania at the Silk Purse Studio on the Waterfront in Ambleside
Founded and directed by Mary Hay. Artmania teaches all ages a diverse range of art forms using a variety of mediums.
Artmania teaches after school classes at Elementary schools on the North Shore as well as a full range of after school classes at the Silk Purse art Studio by the sea in West Vancouver.
Mary and her staff share their passion for art by creating exciting opportunities for students to explore techniques and materials that inspire innovation and creativity. Artistic activities train the brain to think spacially and solve problems creatively and supports development in all other educational disciplines creating engaged, confident, and well rounded people.
