About
We are Regina Hibiki Taiko (RHT), a Regina based Taiko (Japanese drum) club formed in 2014. Taiko ensembles are deeply influenced by the traditional way of Japanese drumming that includes percussion, flutes and local songs. It is truly a spectacle of Japanese power, passion, artistry, and grace. RHT will perform for 45 minutes (from 2:15 to 3:00 pm) to showcase the art of Taiko drumming. This performance is open to the general public up to the venue capacity of 170 people. We will also have a fundraiser booth to sell Japanese goods.

(RHT) (a registered Non Profit Organization) was formed in 2014 to promote cultural expression, musical creativity and the promotion of Japanese culture to the larger multicultural community of Regina through the medium of Taiko drumming.
