About
Watch the Indigenous Personal chef, Tamara Green, prepare items from only pre-contact ingredients using traditional native cooking methods and re-imagining them with modern cooking techniques. Tamara has said what she likes about this pre-colonial food focus is both learning the history, and giving people a historical experience through the food. Expect a history and a cooking lesson!
The demonstration will be released on Friday, October 16th on the Scugog Arts Facebook page. Link below!
