This is a drumming and rhythm workshop lead by professional drum circle facilitator, Jade Chicoine. Approaching mental and physical health through contemplation, motion, and mantra, this workshop explores the balance between physical action and mental health. Health benefits of drumming include cardio, range of motion, dexterity & stress release.
