Saturday, Sept. 29 Noon - 2pm Mandala and Drum Circle - Artist and Drumcircle Facilitator Trea Jensen will guide you in collaborating with others to create a large 10' mandala centre piece for a drum circle - participants are asked to bring flowers, twigs, pine cones, rocks, items found in nature, etc. There will be items and shapes present to create the Mandala. Once the Mandala has been created, Trea will teach some African rhythms to enjoy 45min of drumming. Djembe drums provided, bring your own if you have one!

Eastend Historical Museum & A.G.ES.

• The objective of the Eastend Historical Museum & Cultural Centre Inc. is to collect, preserve and exhibit artifacts (native, historical and paleontology) from Eastend and surrounding area concerning the history, pre-history and paleontology of the area from 400 million years ago to present. The museum is operated for the betterment of the community and providing displays of educational value. It also serves as the Tourist Information Centre for the Town.

Our museum hosts displays and events to attract our youth, community in general, provide guided tours to school and other groups. We work together with (A.G.E.S) local artists and the Arts Council to provide a variety of events in our town.
