About

Shibori is a Japanese technique for dying fabric. Join us on Culture Days with textile artist Denirée Isabel to try your hand at Shibori with natural indigo dyes. Dip, twist, tie and learn how to achieve a variety of effects on white fabric all with non-toxic, natural materials. All materials are supplied* with dyed fabric hung to dry on a clothesline in a display mimicking the effect of the nearby waterfront waves.

*Fabric squares are provided one per person on a first come first served basis - limited quantities available*
