About

Learn how to produce original beats and music using a computer and then perform like a DJ! Explore electronic music using free beat making software called Ableton in our digital lab equipped with Mac stations and midi controllers. This is a parented workshop: children up to 13 years must be accompanied by an adult. This is a FREE program but pre-registration is required. Arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of workshop to secure your registration. Unregistered participants will be accepted into workshop on day of event if space is available. Priority will be given to oakville.ca waitlists, followed by day of the event sign-up sheet available at the studios at 9:30 a.m. Online registration and waitlists for courses will close on the Thursday prior to the weekend, at midnight.
