Todd Hirsch is currently Chief Economist for ATB Financial in Alberta. He is a former employee of the Canadian Pacific Railway, the Bank of Canada and the University of Calgary. Todd is a regular columnist on the economy for the Globe and Mail and is the chair of Alberta’s Premier's Council on Culture.
