About

The professional string/chamber orchestra Sinfonia Toronto offers free attendance at an open rehearsal, with a music educator present to give comments and answer questions. Music Director Nurhan Arman and the orchestra will be working on music by Ludwig van Beethoven and a folk-infused new piece by Montreal composer Vahram Sargsyan.

Sinfonia Toronto is a professional string/chamber orchestra that presents seven main-series concerts in Toronto each season, performs their interactive 'Concerts under Construction' program in GTA schools and plays concerts in other centres around Ontario. The orchestra has toured to seven other countries and produced eight albums, including a JUNO winner.
