Take part in this excellent workshop where you can learn about the teepee and Grandfather Tree through personal interactions and hands on activities that will build cultural connections and understandings.
Join Indigenous Yoga Instructor Shelley Enns at her yoga retreat center where you will immerse yourself in workshops and nature all while interacting and learning form various knowledge keepers.
This opportunity is a partnership between the Carrot River Recreation Board and Shell's Fitness & Soul Center, with funding support from SaskCulture and Sask Lotteries.
