We will be having a drumming event which features a "Tribute to Mother Earth" with song. Everyone is welcome to bring their drum and join in. The event will be held outside.
The event is from 2 to 3 pm. The house will be open to the public for viewing between 1 and 4.

Maison Macdonell-Williamson House
National Historic Site - circa 1817. Built by John Macdonell a fur trader and partner in the Northwest Company. Married Magdeleine Poitras a Metis from Qu'Appelle, Manitoba. Open to the public during July and August weekends with various displays and events depicting the history of the house and its descendants. We are working to have the house become a cultural, historical and tourist centre serving nearby Counties and beyond by having events such as Culture Days.
