Shaolin Temple offers class that will immerse you in the most essential form of Qi Gong & Tai Chi dating back to more than 4, 000 years ago.
Qi gong literally means "Life Energy Cultivation." Align breath, movement and awareness with three components: posture, breathing techniques and mental focus. These forms of Qi Gong & Tai Chi cleanses you from your deepest core, improving both your physical and spiritual strength.
All levels are welcome to try this moving meditation.

Shifu Yuan jing
Coming from China as a 34th Generation Shaolin Monk. Born in an impoverished village in China, I was among the fortunate ones chosen at a young age to live in the Shaolin Temple and become Masters in Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Meditation. Later I traveled the globe on a world tour, opening my eyes in seeing many people in need of help. With the wisdom and fearlessness learned from the Shaolin Temple, I decided to come to Canada.
