Ballet dancers are often admired for their poise, agilility and strength. This one-of-a-kind class is designed to use the principals behind ballet training to create a full body work out that will improve posture, balance, coordination and increase over all mobility. This class will be taught by a certified ballet instructor that will use their extensive knowledge of ballet and the body to give a dynamic workout. This class uses the fundamentals of Classical Ballet Barre technique mixed in with core work and stretching to achieve longer and leaner muscles. By using resistance of your own bodyweight, each individual can work within their limits and receive maximum results. This class will have you feeling revitalized, confident and strong.
