Maker Culture — Hands-On Activity

The Spiritwood and District Museum is hosting a free soap making workshop. You will learn about the history of soap and the products that were first used to produce soap. Then with instruction you will be able to make your own soap which you will take home. Instructor and supplies included.
The workshop will be held on Friday September 28/2018,
At 1:00 PM at the Spiritwood Pioneer Centre.
The workshop is free, but preregistration is a requirement, limited amount of attendees allowed.

The Spiritwood and District Museum has been created to collect and preserve exhibit and interpret all those objects and histories that serve to illustrate the history of the Spiritwood area prior to and including the 20th century. The museum hosts activities that emphasize learning and enjoyment for all individuals in the community, including minority’s and new immigrants.
