From 3 - 4 pm join us in an Indigenous drumming circle with Metis cultural teacher Val Vint and members of Buffalo Gals! Val has been offering drumming and singing circles around Manitoba for 30+ years. Drumming circles are a joyous and gentle pathway to community development and harmony, and are an experiential way to share Indigenous teachings.
From 4 - 5 pm drum with Jay Stoller of Drum Cafe! Jay is an African drumming specialist, who has operated the Drum Café in Winnipeg for the past 8 years.
Drums, shakers and other instruments will be provided.
